焦点速看：Chancheng releases additional 3000 sets of goverment-subsidized rental houses

The comfortable housing project is one of Chancheng government’s projects to improve people’s living standards. According to the task assigned, Chancheng will add 2,825 sets of government-subsidized rental housing, 600 sets of shared ownership housing, 1,118 sets of talent housing and will issue rental subsidies to 2099 units this year.

Since 2022, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Water Resources Bureau of Chancheng District have been raising various houses. As of October 25, it has completed the task of raising housing resources: 3,000 sets of new subsidized rental house, with a completion rate of 106.2%; 620 sets of shared ownership house, with a completion rate of 103.34%; 1,118 sets of talent house, with a completion rate of 100%; and 2,141 households that received rental subsidies, with a completion rate of 102%.

In addition, although there is a shortage of public rental housing for local households in Chancheng, the Housing Construction Department and the Housing Security Center have been actively raising houses since this year. Ninety-five families with low-income, disability, or major diseases have been housed in June this year.
